Here at Karma Salon & Spa, your satisfaction and comfort is our top priority.  

Below are some guidelines that will help make everyone's visit pleasurable.  While this section appears to be lengthy, the objective is to define guidelines that we hope will help enhance your visit with us. Thank you for your understanding and support!


  • Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure your services run as smoothly as possible. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. In most cases, you will have to reschedule, or possibly abbreviate your intended services.

  • Our goal at Karma Salon & Spa is to provide individualized hair and beauty services in a timely manner. No-shows create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other guests. We understand that situations arise when you may need to cancel you appointment and we appreciate advanced notice when that happens. This helps us to be respectful of other guests needs and enables us to give appointments to others who need to see us. A fee of 50% of your scheduled services will be charged on your following visit if you no-show or cancel your appointment within a 24 hour advanced notice. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

  • Some services and packages require a deposit of 50% to reserve the appointments.

  • A 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. (Groups and wedding parties are required to give at least a two-week notice.)

  • A fee of 50% of your scheduled services will be charged on your following visit if you no-show or cancel your appointment within a 24 hour advanced notice.

  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve some appointments (i.e. specialty styles, groups, wedding parties, etc.). If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call within the specified time period to enable us to accommodate other clients in your place. In the event of “No-Show”, you will be held responsible for 100% of the cost of service(s) and your credit card will be charged. If for any reason you need to cancel, your deposit may be used towards any service inside the salon. Products not included. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If payment was to be by Gift Certificate, an amount equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be applied against the Gift Certificate balance.

  • A 50% deposit may also be required to reserve appointments during holidays due to high demand.

  • Our policies are created to allow for effective scheduling and to ensure that all clients wishing to receive services may be accommodated. Please be considerate of other clients who may be able to utilize your appointment time.


Payment & Returns

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

  • For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done, gratuities are welcome. All Stylists may accept gratuities via Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, ect.

  • Master Designer Julie E. Manos-Robinson may receive gratuities as appreciation for a job well done via Cash, Card, or Personal Check, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • All other stylists may receive gratuities as appreciation for a job well done via Cash, Personal Check, Venmo, or PayPal.

  • If you are using a gift certificate as payment, please present it to the receptionist upon check-in.

  • If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase, or give you a retail store credit.  Product returns cannot be credited to services received.  No returns or exchanges on Make-Up or Jewelry purchases.

  • Karma Salon & Spa participates in the Cash Rewards program with PayAnywhere. A merchant processing fee will be applied to all card transactions. No fee is applied to cash transactions. ​


Credit cards/ payment methods
  • While we love children, Karma Salon & Spa is an adult-oriented facility. In order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, infants and children under twelve (12) years are only allowed in the salon or waiting area when they are receiving a service.  

  • All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult while in waiting area at all times.  This policy enables all salon guests to relax and enjoy their visit.


Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount or service. In person or by telephone. Gift Certificates may be mailed to any address specified by the purchaser (additional charges apply).

  • Gift Certificates expire one (1) year from date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.  

  • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other certificates and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other offer or special. Cannot be used for retail. Does not include gratuity.

  • All series expired a year after purchase date.

  • If your service does not meet your expectations for any reason, please call Karma Salon & Spa within 72 hours to discuss any reason for dissatisfaction. All appointments to remedy any issues must be within 7 days of the original appointment.  

  • We cannot give cash refunds, we will perform any service necessary to resolve the problem to your satisfaction at no cost to you.

  • Please note, that chemical services, lash and skin care services will be guaranteed ONLY when products recommended by salon technicians and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair and/or skin, and after care instructions are followed precisely.

  • All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

  • The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 72 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.

  • It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.

  • Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

  • ​Karma Salon & Spa holds the right to refuse service to anyone.
