Julie Manos-Robinson
Julie’s passion for hair and fashion began early, inspiring her to open Karma in the heart of Buford, Georgia. The town’s welcoming spirit perfectly reflects Karma’s mission to provide a warm, personalized experience for every client.
With 25 years in the industry, Julie stays ahead of the latest trends in cuts, color, and extensions. As a proud mom to Izzi, Wyatt, and Maverick, and a dedicated business owner, she brings heart and skill to everything she does.
Julie is excited to welcome you to Karma’s new location, where beautiful hair and a great atmosphere come together.

Katie has been with the Karma team for over 8 years, starting as an apprentice under Julie and growing into a skilled stylist known for her warm personality and attention to detail. She specializes in bridal hair and makeup—she loves helping brides feel beautiful and confident on their big day.
Outside the salon, Katie enjoys time with her beloved dog, Blue. Her professionalism and love for her craft make her a favorite among clients and coworkers alike.

Hi, I’m a salon apprentice with a love for all things beauty and style—especially hair! I’m passionate about learning new techniques, from cutting and coloring to styling and client care. I believe hair is one of the best ways to express yourself, and I love helping people feel confident and refreshed. When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me sipping coffee, shopping for cute finds, hanging out with my friends, or cuddling my cat. I’m obsessed with anything pink and can’t wait to keep growing in this amazing industry—one fabulous hairstyle at a time!

Meet Elizabeth! Our Social Media Manager from Buford, Georgia. She owns her own Social Media Management and Marketing Consulting Business, LOTUS Media LLC! She is passionate about photography, content creation, social profile management, and content strategy. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in May 2024 with her Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts and has worked as a freelance social media manager for over three years! She loves creating for us and is passionate about making you look your best!
